We value your dedication to a fair gaming environment. If you encounter any rule violations, hacks,  game mechanic exploits or cheating, please follow the steps below to correctly report a possible cheating case.

 

Go to Settings (Gear icon on the top left of the game screen).

 

Press the Chat with us button.

 

Select Report Issues

 

Select Report Opponent

 

Select Report a Player or Report an Alliance which ever matches your report type.

 

Select the type of report you would like to submit.

 

The last screen will request information such as the name of the player being reported, the reason or justification for the report and when this happened. We will fully review the report and the player in question. We will investigate and take necessary actions once the violation has been confirmed.
