Complete a Conquest Tower (1 win in Proving Grounds, 2 wins in Silver, 3 wins in Gold) would reward a ticket for the next tier. You can pay with gold as an alternative if you don't have a ticket. There's also a chance to get Conquest Tickets when you open a Collector's Reserve.
