Bundle Clarification: Already purchased Web Shop Celebration Bundle in the old shop

Second Dinner: Great eye! The Web Shop Celebration Bundle (with the exclusive Iron Man variant) was offered in the previous version of the Web Shop. If you already purchased it back then, it won’t be available again. Don’t worry though — we’ve got more great bundles coming!
KNOWN ISSUES
Issue: Guest Account login problems
Player Message: "I’m using a guest account and can’t log in!"
Second Dinner: Thanks for reaching out! If you're on a Guest Account and having trouble logging in, don't worry — your account is safe. We will proceed in assisting you recover your guest account. For future peace of mind, we recommend linking your account to Google, or Apple, you can tap on the gear icon at the top left corner of the homepage in the game, then tap "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple"
Issue: Marvel Snap removed from Samsung Store as of June 3
Player Message: "I can’t find Marvel Snap in the Samsung Store anymore."
Second Dinner: That’s correct — as of June 3rd, Marvel Snap is no longer available via the Samsung Store. But no worries! You can keep playing by downloading the game from the Google Play Store. Your account, progress, and purchases will all carry over.
Issue: Web leaderboard showing incorrect player names until first match is played on new client
Player Message: "My name is missing or looks wrong on the web leaderboard."
Second Dinner: Good catch! If you haven’t played a match on the new client (41.11) yet, your name might not display correctly on the web leaderboard. This fixes itself as soon as you complete your first game after updating!
Issue: Compliance document links for Spain not working
Second Dinner: We’re aware that the compliance links in Spain may not load properly. We're working to update it soon as possible!
Issue: Cookie Privacy Notice link is not working for several countries
Second Dinner: Some regions may see a broken link when trying to access the Cookie Privacy Notice. We're fixing this and appreciate your patience!
Issue: Web shop timing out purchase can result in the auto-refund
Second Dinner: If your purchase was refunded automatically, it may be due to a timeout during the transaction. Don’t worry. Please check to confirm if the purchase amount was deducted from your bank account.
If it was deducted, please check to see if the item purchased was delivered to your game account.
If not deducted, please refresh the web shop before you attempt making another purchase.
Issue: The buttons on the web shop for logging in via Apple or Google sometimes fail to register
Second Dinner: Login buttons may occasionally be unresponsive. Refreshing the page or trying a different browser usually helps.
Issue: Compliance document links do not function for players who have logged out of an account
Second Dinner: If you're logged out, some compliance links may not work as expected. Log back into your account to view them correctly.
Issue: Cancelling the Apple Login during the initial launch of the game can result in the player getting softlocked on “Assembling”
Second Dinner: If you cancel Apple Login at first launch and get stuck on “Assembling,” try force closing and reopening the app. A reinstall may also help!
Issue: Japanese-specific Age Gates fail to display in client upon purchase attempt
Second Dinner: We’re fixing a bug where some Japanese players don’t see the expected Age Gate before a purchase. We're fixing this and appreciate your patience!
Issue: Japanese-specific Age Gates fail to display in the web shop upon real money purchase attempts
Second Dinner: If you’re in Japan and don’t see the age confirmation in the Web Shop, please ensure you are legally allowed to complete a purchase before you complete the transaction. We are resolving this ASAP.
Issue: The “Top Deals” banner on the web shop is partially cut off on the side
Second Dinner: You might notice the “Top Deals” banner appears clipped. This is visual only—we’re updating the layout soon!
Issue: Indonesia is not receiving the appropriate Age Gate on Steam and sees the generic “Rest of World” instead
Second Dinner: Indonesian players may see a generic prompt instead of the region-specific one. This won’t impact purchases, but we’re working on correcting it.
Issue: Web shop incentives progress scroll bar starts on the wrong side upon initially logging into the site
Second Dinner: When you log in to the Web Shop, the milestone tracker may look reversed at first. Interacting with the site or refreshing fixes the view.
Issue: Logging out of the web shop doesn’t display an expected confirmation prompt
Second Dinner: Logging out currently happens instantly without a warning. Be careful not to click it by mistake—we’re adding a prompt in a future update.
Issue: Japanese restrictions on minor purchase limits function for individual size but not for quantity of transactions
Second Dinner: Purchase limits apply per transaction, but not total quantity just yet. We're updating this to better follow local rules.
Issue: First purchase attempt after account creation often fails due to a “cold start”
Second Dinner: Your first buy might fail—this is known. Just try again and it should work fine. No charges should go through unless it succeeds.
Issue: Canada outside of Quebec doesn’t have a 24 hour cooldown upon failing the Age Gate prompt
Second Dinner: We're fixing an issue where some Canadian players don’t get the expected cooldown after failing age verification. Let us know if you're blocked.
Issue: Community Guidelines for several countries and regions do not exist.
Second Dinner: Some regions may not have localized Community Guidelines visible yet. We're translating and publishing them soon—thanks for your patience!
Issue: Why am I being prompted to confirm that I am above 14 years old?
Second Dinner: You may see an unexpected age confirmation prompt. It’s harmless to proceed, and we’re adjusting this logic in future updates.
