Firstly, you can see recommended Alliances on the join Alliance interface.
If these don't meet your needs, there are two search bars at the top of the page where you can find Alliances that match your criteria by searching for Alliance labels or Alliance names.
If you're looking to pinpoint a specific Alliance, you can also search by copying the Alliance ID.
