We have noticed the PC problem and the issue is under trouble-shooting right now. In the meantime, please try the following steps to see if these will help you solve the problem:

① Please clear the computer background cache (make sure there is enough space to run the game)

② Restart the game

If the problem still occurs frequently, please follow these steps to provide us with the Dxdiag log so that we can locate the problem:

① Press the Windows key + R.

② In the Run window, type dxdiag and press Enter.

③ In the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, click the Save all information button.
